Dubai to Develop World’s First Mercedes-Benz Branded City in Dh30 Billion Project

Dubai has announced plans for the world’s first Mercedes-Benz branded city, reinforcing the emirate’s position as a global leader in luxury real estate, branded developments, and large-scale urban innovation. The project, valued at Dh30 billion, will be developed by Binghatti Developers in collaboration with Mercedes-Benz, marking a landmark moment in branded city development worldwide. 

The master-planned development, named Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City, will be located in the Meydan area and will span over 10 million square feet, positioning it among the most ambitious branded real estate projects undertaken in the region. 

A New Benchmark in Branded Urban Development 

Unlike traditional branded residences, the project is envisioned as a fully integrated branded city, embedding Mercedes-Benz’s design philosophy, innovation standards, and luxury identity into the urban fabric of the development. The development represents the second residential collaboration between Binghatti Developers and Mercedes-Benz, following the earlier launch of Mercedes-Benz Places Dubai. The expansion into a full city-scale project highlights the success of branded real estate models in Dubai’s property market.
