The Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO), in collaboration with 7X, has launched ADEED, a new supply chain support platform aimed at strengthening trade continuity and business resilience across Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE.
The initiative has been introduced to support the uninterrupted movement of materials and industrial inputs linked to trade flows, as regional and global supply chains continue to face evolving operational pressures.
ADEED combines ADIO’s market intelligence and business support capabilities with 7X’s logistics expertise to provide businesses with enhanced visibility into supply chain activity and operational support. The platform is designed to help companies maintain continuity in production, trade, and fulfilment processes.

Integrated Logistics and Operational Support
As part of the framework, 7X will provide coordinated logistics and fulfilment support through its network across air, road, and sea transport, both domestically and internationally.
The system is intended to help businesses respond quickly to supply chain disruptions by connecting them with relevant logistics and transport solutions needed to ensure continuity in the movement of goods.
Multi-Agency Collaboration
The ADEED platform brings together several key Abu Dhabi entities, including:
- Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED)
This coordinated network is structured to address potential supply chain disruptions through joint expertise and operational support.
Under the framework, Abu Dhabi Customs will oversee logistics processes across ports and manage import and export procedures, while ADQCC will support supply reliability through standards, conformity assessments, and access to qualified suppliers.
AI-Driven Insights for Business Continuity
A key feature of the platform is its use of artificial intelligence to generate actionable insights into supply chain and trade operations.
The AI-enabled system helps businesses and government entities identify supply gaps, structure requests, and connect with relevant trade and logistics support teams, enabling faster decision-making and improved operational resilience.
The launch forms part of Abu Dhabi’s broader efforts to strengthen its position as a regional and global trade hub while supporting long-term economic growth and industrial resilience.
