Terms of Use

The terms governing your use of atbcorporate.com.

Effective date: 10 June 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at atbcorporate.com (the “Site”), operated by ATB Corporate (“ATB Corporate”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Please read these Terms carefully.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Nature of the Site — Information Only, Not Advice

ATB Corporate is a boutique advisory firm focused on India–UAE market entry and cross-border structuring, with offices in Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates) and Bengaluru (India).

The content on the Site is provided for general information purposes only. It does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment or other professional advice, and it should not be relied upon as such.

Using the Site, or contacting us through it, does not create any advisory, client, fiduciary or other professional relationship between you and ATB Corporate. Such a relationship is formed only through a separate written engagement agreed between us.

You should not act, or refrain from acting, on the basis of any content on the Site without first obtaining advice tailored to your specific circumstances from a suitably qualified professional.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and all of its content — including text, graphics, images, logos, branding, layout and design — are owned by or licensed to ATB Corporate and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and access the Site, and download or print individual pages, for your own personal, non-commercial reference only. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, adapt, frame or otherwise exploit any part of the Site without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The “ATB Corporate” name and associated marks may not be used without our prior written consent.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose, or in breach of these Terms;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems or networks;
  • Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code, or otherwise interfere with, disrupt or impose an unreasonable load on the Site or its infrastructure;
  • Scrape, harvest, data-mine, or use automated tools to extract content or data from the Site without our permission;
  • Misuse the contact enquiry form, including by submitting false, misleading or abusive content, or unsolicited or bulk communications; or
  • Infringe the rights of ATB Corporate or any third party.

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Site at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

5. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not control, endorse or accept responsibility for the content, products, services, security or practices of any third-party website. Accessing any linked website is at your own risk and subject to that website’s own terms and policies.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the Site or its content, including as to accuracy, completeness, currency, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted or error-free availability.

While we take reasonable care to keep the Site’s information up to date, content may not always be complete or current, and we are under no obligation to update it. We do not warrant that the Site will be available at all times or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ATB Corporate and its directors, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or otherwise — arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use the Site or its content, or any reliance placed on it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ATB Corporate and its personnel from and against reasonable claims, losses, liabilities and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal information in connection with the Site is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (“ADGM”). You and ATB Corporate agree that the Courts of the ADGM shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any dispute, controversy, or claim (including any non-contractual dispute or claim) arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site, and each of you and ATB Corporate irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of those Courts.

Nothing in this section limits or excludes any rights you may have as a consumer, or any other rights that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement, under the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Where such laws apply, those protections — including any right to bring proceedings in your local courts — continue to have effect notwithstanding the choice of law and jurisdiction set out above.
